I don't know why that's happening. Because I just downloaded all 3 Donalds to test in Blender and everything's there. Maybe You need to download a new smd plugin, or maybe the program You use doesn't load smds correctly.

Anything'll be good, but if you could get those giant statues at the entrance that'll be great too

Did you use Noesis to rip those stages?
Noesis doesn't render/rip maps properly, they may not have the right textures, and the maps use a shader rather than the shadeless method normal models use.
The best way I know of ripping maps is using 3D ripper DX + Yaz0rs model viewer.
Although, doing it with Noesis is way easier, so you can stick with that if you want. ;0
The Destiny Islands you ripped actually looks fairly adequate compared to the usual Noesis rips, so don't worry about that.

Well actually, there's another map of Olympus that is demolished. So the missing legs may not have anything to do with that.
