He needs to move all over, this pokemon always had a bouncy, jelly feel to him.

To be 100% honest, the only place I've seen Wobbuffet move a lot was in Brawl, Flailing back & forth(which is Counter)after he's hit...
I could do that for an Attack animation, since his only Physical Attack is Counter...but in the 3D games, he still uses that same animation(puts his hand...fin...whatever...on his head and opens his mouth)

Now, if you mean just make the animation bounce more, I could do that, but it'll still end up looking like it currently does...For the more bouncy Pokemon, I'll end up doing what they've been doing to animate the Pokemon in the games(that is, if this was going to become a game, which it most likely won't, cause I have no idea how to program...)

@ Ton: There already is the Lipstick Face, to the Left of the Shiny, and the bottom Right corner

Edit: I made him more bouncy(Well, the animation) by using the real game method...Resizing!...Yes, I'm serious, but it does work...And trust me, if this were ever to be a game, I'd touch the resized sprites up more, and put them on an 'updated' sheet(assuming It'd still be put up on TSR)

Yup, but in my opinion, they better could've thought of some (pre-)evolutions, instead of those weird forms.

I still think it's pretty creative...In Diamond & Pearl, they said Rotom likes to get into electronics & wreak havoc, in Platinum they actually let him...Plus he only takes over electronics, it's not like he just possesses random inanimate objects, they made him Ghost/Electric for a reason, and they show that reason in Platinum...At least it's not like he transforms into a fridge, Washer, Fan, Oven, Lawnmower, he actually possesses it, meaning you could only have one of each Rotom

Don't get me wrong, Rotom should still have an evolution(make it like Burmy to Wormadam, where it can evolve into one of 3[in Rotoms case, 6] types of the same Pokemon), but I do like his forms
