North London Riots
#16
shit.

Lex (from PT) was p. worried on Skype yesterday; though I have no idea where he lives in relation to you guys. When he got news of the riots reaching Brixton he seemed legitimately worried; people were checking locks on cars parked on his street and also mentioned the rioters got up to Streetham high street (which isnt very far from his house)

I thought Lex lived in south London though; did the riot really travel that quickly or are there just riots here and there? >_>

also woppet i thought i mentioned it on skype; must have been another call then >:

I doubt anything will happen, since seriously, it's all over Twitter that there's a tonne of police there. Anyone turns up in a hood and they're going down, without a doubt.

We heard a few police sirens, but I'm really doubting anything will happen tonight anywhere.

I'm pretty sure Brixton isn't in South London and there have been no riots in South London.

And history books forgot about us and the bible didn't mention us
The bible didn't mention us, not even once

Kids these days.

The worst of the pack were the arsonists. Each and every one of them should be tried for attempted murder, trying to burn down buildings is nothing less after all.

Except for how arson is a legally distinct crime.

Palmers Green is empty. No issues there, so I'm a-ok... Rest of London, are pretty intense, at the moment.

brixton is in south london

there's been quite a few skirmishes here in the south london suburbs though,
i'm pretty angry about their lack of motives though,

i've seen quite a few of police on the streets of croydon
the tram stopped running because of unruliness etc

Well, they can still be guilty of both, with the arson charges being geared towards property destruction. When you firebomb residential buildings like these guys did, you're obviously trying to murder anyone and everyone who might be inside of them.

Either way, these animals deserve lengthy prison sentences and nothing less.

I just hope the arsonists were among those arrested. It'd be a crying shame if even one of those bastards escaped.

It's funny, I was just thinking about that Judge Dredd movie starring Sylvester Stallone before you posted that :p

Tell me, how would you have dealt with these criminals?
