I see nobody submited sprites here, however, I need to ask: Can I rip sprites from the latest update of the game and submit here even without the effects which are not rippable?

Dustloop ripped characters (with exception of Jessica), effects, voices and stages. But they don't gave any tips of how they ripped the major stuff, plus the effects are all unsorted and some stages apparently have effects missing. I'll rip the characters from the latest version and submit here.
