Viewing Models

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what program they use to view the models at Model Resource. I've downloaded a couple and opened the .obj in Noesis, which is the model viewer I use for Dissidia Final Fantasy GMOs, but the model opens without any textures. Is there a way to get the textures applied to the model in Noesis, and if not, what other model viewer can I use?
