Yeah, it's not bad so far, but the lines need smoothening, as well as the edges between the shades. Clean it up to make them look better.
Shading on Shiggis Squirtles(?) shell is too straight. Also, the dark shades the belly-part of the shell are rounded in the wrong direction.

It needs some more shading or dithering or anti-aliasing or something.

and also the outline on the fire shouldn't be black
