Trying to rip Persona 2 Innocent Sin and Devil Suvivor sprites

Hey there guys.

So, I've ripped FF sprites before, but it was liek... 2 years ago, and it was from a GBA rom... so... yeah, I have no idea how to do this. I need some P2 Sprites that ultimecia didn't upload on the P2 section, and Ia was thiking I could do it myself since I can't get to the request area yet.

People has told me I can do it the ugly way: Screenshots. But my timing is horrendous and I need the sprites to make an animation, deadline will be in a week and luckily, I have half the proyect complete.

So... yeah, I need to know how to rip sprites directly from P2 for PSP ISO and Devil Survivor DS rom

I ripped most of Persona 2 Innocent Sin sprites for the PS1 version, they are the same thing. There isn't new Personas/Demons or anything. So which ones from this game you need? I might still have the save ready to do so. I still haven't checked the PSP iso so I can't promise

And Devil Survivor I used many methods, so what exactly you want from this game? Some demon? Not all of them have in-world sprites and they are all static ones.

If I'm correct, some DS emulators have a sprite viewing thing, kind of like Visual Boy Advance does. Alternatively, you could look directly in the rom and see if you can find the sprites, though they're usually under a different file-type than normal images (though I have seen some that weren't).

As for the other game, I can't be entirely sure.

Ok, I need the uh.... it looks like a chinese girl floating, sitting in lotus position and with a white Kimono... sorry, I don't really remember the name ;/

There are some Personae as Iris or the japanese monk surrounded by orbs that aren't not the sprites either, the Squid with human face (Klanoa?), Kraken, Otohime (I need that one BADLY <_<), the three dolls sticked together by a lance (Eryins) and that's all I can remember right NAO

And about Devil Survior, Hm.... I just needes some effects and demon portraits, that was all n_n;

For some weird reason I managed to rip some of the Devil Survivor sprites using a 3D graphics ripper o_O Same with Strange Journey
On DS you might try to use a emulator + codebreaker codes to have the complete demon library, turn off the background layer and take screenshots.

If memory serves, Otohime is a 'palette swap' of Kiyohime (Strength) , but not sure. I'm going to try to find them but I can't guarantee, I ripped everything I found at a save file at gamefaqs and I WAS playing to get to all demons I missed but I formatted my computer last week @_@

YEah but I find some things lacking in the P2 section such as the rumor demons (Hanako, Wardrobe Hag, etc.), and some Personas like Klanoa, Kraken, Iris, Nuadha, the floating chinese lady, the shinto priest-warrior with orbs arround him.. etc. OR the ultra cool Angel Joker Persona from P2 EP (which has one of the most coolest designs EVAH <_<).

Yeah, the save didn't had the rumor stuff and I think whoever uploaded it ran from many battles at some points. I do remember fighting all those annoying Kraken, Klanoas and stuff at some point. And really, with the PSP version I'm not so sure if I'm going to play it all over again @_@
Or maybe I would, I love this game

The P2EP monsters are at it's own session. I really haven't ripped much from it because I wanted to beat the game before ripping all the monsters. And I would also re-organize the entire thing. .......and then with my unparalleled bad direction sense I got lost at the game and had to level up some more and......... HEY! LOOK! BEHIND YOU! A three-headed monkey! ^^ Seriously, I can't remember why I stopped playing. I think it was work-related and grinding stuff
I think I saw the Angel Joker, but I'd have to play it again on emulator to capture it (I'm playing on my PS2. Same thing as PS2IS) and I have no idea how to transfer my save from my PS1 MC to the computer

Huh? Not really, I'm sorry I really couldn't do much. I'm just giving some pointers but right now I can't get to my copy of the game or do anything

If it helps, I have all the Personae I need on my PSP save, that's why I am asking for ripping tools, even if they come ripped in parts
I've already tried screenies but as I mention my timing is HORRIBLE and the quality sucks badly... I've been meeting lots of very weird Personae such as the golden piggybank one

And uhm... Otohime IS a Pallete swap of Kiyohime, but Otohime transfroms into a shark <_<
