Not going to make a big list, but I can say without a doubt that Metroid is my favorite series of all time, even with the recent blemish that was Other M.

It's a pretty good game in my opinion. Did things that I felt the series could have used. Almost like an expansion of Fusion.

Not as great as Metroid Prime in terms of 3D Metroid though, but far from a blemish.

Edit: Sans White Knight Chronicles. Actually the same could be said for Clover Studios & Platinum, I'm only omitting 1-2 games. They're pretty good developers I guess.
