The Smash Bros. Project 4.5
Constructive criticism for SSBS's Sonic:

-Run animation doesn't look like it would animate very well. Same applies to most of the animations.
-The Quills on the falling animation look weird. Specifically, the lineart and the shading.
-Spinballs should be rounder and shaded more like Sonic.
-The shields look fine for placeholders, but otherwise they look horribly resized.
-In most of the animations, it looks like you just copied the head from the base sprite and edited it, which, didn't seem to always come out right.

Tip: Try animating some of these so that we can see better what they look like. Also, don't take anything I said rudely.

@Spoder, yeah, I think you should make him lean forward more. Looking good, though!

And I like Ton's idea for a subforum.

Lean forward more and move his arms.

Mmmh, that animation will come in handy for Falco Wink
Kidding, I'll loosely inspire myself off that and my video ref.
I think it's a little fast, and as stated before, you should put the head further forward and animate the arms slightly.

A goof gif?

Or do you mean good?

Are you looking for an animator?
If it's any help, I use a combination of Game Maker and Microsoft GIF Animator.

Anyways, how's this look:

Thanked by:
We don't have a deadline for anything. And the new one is much better for this project.
Thanked by:
If you think so.

A comparison. I really hate the bigger head, I'm working on an in-between head.

More people think so, and besides, this project is running for a few years now.

I know I'm one of the people who helped remake snake, I think the reason we aren't getting done is we redo too much.

By the way, when's the new forum coming up?
