It's actually quite easy really.
Open the ISO with WinRAR, 7zip, etc.
Locate PSP_GAME\USRDIR\CHAR\.
Inside you will find a bunch of .mgz files, extract them.
Now, open Noesis and navigate to where you stored the .mgz files.
Next goto Tools>Batch process.
A new window will appear.
Where it says "Output path:" paste this

Code:

$inpath$\$inname$.$outext$

Now click on the tab labeled "Folder batch", then press OK and OK.
Now Noesis should extract all of the .mgz files into .gmo and .raw files.
Once it finishes, press cancel to close the Batch Process window.
Click the blue refresh button at the bottom left of Noesis to reveal the .gmo files.
Now double click on any of the .gmo files and there you go.

Are you ripping straight from a game disc or a downloaded ISO?
The Iso I download doesn't have .mgz files instead it has .arc files when I extract it

I downloaded Noesis
Also in my extracted folder it doesn't have PSP_GAME\USRDIR\CHAR\
Instead it has
PSP_GAME\USRDIR\Model\

It's weird that the files are different for you. Are you sure you're not looking at the wrong game? Tales of the World 1,2,3 have the models in the directory you are speaking of and in the same format too?

Yeah-- Its the same game
Tales of the world:rm 1,2 and 3 for psp,correct?
All of them are in .arc files instead of .mgz
Should I maybe download different ISO's of the games to see if they have the right files?
