Never played the first one, so that's news to me! (Although my little cousin begged me to help him out with most of the bosses in Bowser's Inside Story, so I do know about the one time you do get to fight him in that, at least.)

His role in ACNX and ACLR both make me do a headdesk. In ACNX I'm like WHY ARE YOU LEADING RAVEN'S ARK I'M TWO RANKS HIGHER THAN YOU AND WANT TO FUCKING RIP OFF YOUR FACE, and then in ACLR he leads a bunch of raging fagholes who don't have any clue what they're doing into a completely pointless war where the Ravens would probably just have done better marching in Super Sentai-style and blowing up the Internecine from within, fuck however many Pulverizers there were. And he never even pays me!

Also, why can't you bond with the Internecine in one of ACLR's endings like Evangel did? Too chaotic evil? C'mon Fromsoft, does ACLR have to be THIS much of a letdown?
