You will need 3DS Max.
1. Copy the script that is 3 posts down
here into notepad or something and save as DFF.ms.
2. Place that script into Autodesk\3ds Max 2010\Scripts. I use 2010 but a few other versions probably work.
3. Next you need to open the Bloody Roar 4 iso using 7zip or Daemon Tools.
4. Copy the files from FPACK\CHR\ to somewhere on your computer.
5. Now you need
Noesis.
6. Open Noesis and locate one of the .fpk files that saved to your computer.
7. Double click on the .fpk and a window will popup, just click on OK.
8. Once Noesis stop processing you can close it and load up 3DS Max.
9. Now in 3DS Max you want to goto MAXScript>Run Script... and choose the DFF.ms script you saved earlier.
10. Locate the folder where you extracted the .fpk and load any of the .dff files.
11. To get textures you need to download
PS2TXDViewer.
12. Open PS2TXDViewer and locate the .txd file in the folder that the .fpk was extracted.
13. Click Ctrl+E, a window will pop up. You can choose to export as .bmp, .jpg, .tga. I strongly recommend .tga because that format keeps the alpha channel, but for sure don't use .jpg.
