By the way, Ploaj, since you're already displaying the character name in the speech bubble, you could get rid of the arrow pointing it. Or, remove the character name. Having both of them is redundant.

I didn't answer it so yes, I'm fine with Zadaben being in the game. I had a good laugh from it, heh

The tail of the speech bubble could be considered an arrow of sorts, it points to who is talking. But uh, yeah, I'd say make the tail shorter, whether you remove the character name or not. Also... I dunno if this goes against the aesthetic you're going for but I think the bubble itself could stand to be a bit more round, maybe lined with a tan color rather than blue? It'd look warmer and a bit more comic-like and friendly, seeing as most people will be café guests. Maybe have a different bubble for Vipershark and his assorted underlings.
