The handkerchief's tied knot looks a bit weird, not really fluid. Also, I the hand with the sword looks too stiff.
But I have to say the colors look nice and sweet, great job.

Hello!

I know I'm still a pretty new member, but I've just gotten past the two-months threshold, so I thought this was as good a time as any. I've made a helper sheet for my own character:

Things seemed to have slowed down a bit, so hopefully this will motivate some people or something. Some have complained about how everyone's just throwing suggestions and not actually doing things, so I didn't want to show it here until it was complete. Animations and special effects are out of my comfort zone, so hopefully this is not too bad of a try.

EDIT:
Oh, some animation previews:

I agree with this statement; the knot twitches a little too much--it should be more subtle.
That INTRO animation!! Soo Sugoi!!

And flashy too!

Awesome, Iocus! Big Grin
The spin blur thing could do with more work: it's a bit choppy because the blur doesn't follow the same arc. A possible reference: Samus's space jump. The strands follow the circular motion.
Looking forward to more n_n

Really great work Iocus, I have to ask though, when he is tipping his hat, you see his hand going into the vest as if it had a pockets, though when the hand isn't there, there isn't any sign of any pockets. It might just be me though.

Updated the sheet since I missed two frames. (Good thing I had a spare sheet)

I thought this could be a problem that might pop up since I drew the blur for each frame pretty much free-hand. I guess I wasn't too serious about including the blur since I was sufficiently pleased without it (I was just testing it as per Level 1's request) but I'll consider tweaking it and see how it goes. Hadn't considered Samus as a reference, that could help plenty!

I'm not sure there's much more to look forward to since I don't plan to do a playable fighter sheet at this point...maybe I could help with stages or something though!

That's the transition frame for when he is putting the hand behind his back, as you can see, the hand does not overlap the torso or hip at all.

I'm glad you guys like it overall! I must say, after doing this, my respect for the people that have actually finished their playable character sheets increased tenfold-- it's really a lot of work!

EDIT: I added one of those little icons, since somebody mentioned the idea of making an assist roulette like in MvC.

Salvaging typo because I'm lazy and not good at it

I'm not sure if this is what you were going for, but it looks like the title to a Dr. Seuss book.

it's ok to suck, sucking is not bad, just try and aim to always do your best!

You are right, I'm gonna have to really study the look.

There is a lot of room here that shows nothing, just show us your character, we don't need to see all of the blank space. Also, I think you are supposed to have a certain number of posts in the forums to be able to participate here. But I am not entirely sure on that.
