the difference i noticed was that the first one (gors' friend) had a more melodic tune, giving off a calm atmosphere which (artistic bullsh!t) clashes with the red color while going in theme with the curious child. the second one has a more violent and panicky tone, fitting the red atmosphere but clashing with the lack of movement. the first one is indeed fitting for the calmness, but the second one gives a creepy feel to the loneliness. which it shouldn't, because the atmosphere changes later. voted for gors' friend

also, i hate poorly executed 3/4 time.

...I really like both of them.
But honestly, I'm leaning more towards the second one... I actually prefer the darker and more upbeat sound and I really feel like it fits the video more as well.

Gors, vini, I hope you don't think badly of me for this, but because of that I don't think I'll be voting in this category.
I could vote for your friend anyway no problem, but since this is a contest and people are supposed to vote for an entry because they find them to be the best, I'd be going against my genuine feelings and that wouldn't feel right either. I'd feel like I was voting just for the sake of voting in other words, even though I know it isn't, it's to help a friend of ours, but I still wouldn't be sharing my honest opinion.
I'm definitely not voting for that other guy, so don't worry, I just don't think I'll be voting at all.

Don't get me wrong now, vini's music was beautiful and it fit quite well, but for some reason I just liked the other entry more...
I feel bad about that, because I helped you and then I go and let your friend down, but I figured it'd be better to be honest about my feelings rather than hide it and lead you to believe that his was my favorite...
