15 x 15? word of advise, graphics memory is specialized to hold things in powers of 2
2 4 8 16 32 64 128 256 512 1024 2048 etc.
likewise a sheet of 15x15 tiles would not fit any of these, and by doing so would waste precious memory space.
also the images look very flat, the noteblock needs to look more rounded and the shading you do have in place on them is too little to notice.
the question mark blocks are too bright so the question mark dont stand out enough.
the mushrooms have a very strange paper / pillow shading, which is very ill advised.

as a side note, how come your username reads "super tails" yet your sonic fan character(i'm asuming that recolor in your sheet and avatar is your sonic persona) is that, a sonic recolor. is there some sort of background to this is it was purely a matter of random choice?

i'm basically asking because there isnt much left to say about these tiles, besides what bombshell mentioned. the whole set seems like a rather lacklusting, uninspired attempt at the most overdone tile set in spriting, with some elements like those cracked blocks and the star one being basically random scribbles.
