Megaman Battle Network series has to win this one.
There's so much removed stuff in the English version of #6, its not even funny.
It makes me sad

Yeah beta Engie's a lot better than the one in the game right now
Though they still used the Beta Spy for the Spy's HUD which is kind of weird, you'd think they'd have fixed that by now but whatever

If I recall correctly Sonic CD had some unused sprites, some speculated to be swimming sprites.

Streets of Rage 3 is a gold mine for unused sprites and dropped ideas, such as sections where you'd be riding motorbikes.
Where can we see your previous video you mentioned (regarding Catherine)?

Have the goldmines of planned and unused things: Sonic 1 & Sonic 2 been mentioned yet.
Especially Sonic 2
Tsunami Bomb - The Simple Truth
We could run away
Leave behind anything paper
Not knowing where we're going to stay
When there's no Mondays
You're part of me, it's so easy to see the simple truth
When I'm in your arms, I feel safe from harm and sorrow too
You're part of me, it's so easy to see the simple truth
But most of all, nothing couldn't be solved when I'm with you

How about the interesting history of Diddy Kong Pilot.
It had four different versions!
2000 build including Mario characters!

Then there was the build from 2001 which had and explorable overworld.

Then the build from 2003 replaced a lot of characters but included dogfights.
