Since you mentioned it, Goronic, that raises an interesting question about submitting characters like this one. Although Sally Acorn is technically an official Sonic character, she never appeared in any official Sonic games by Sega. Even though she is barely acknowledged by Sega of Japan, does that still make Sally acceptable to be submitted in any Sonic section? Considering that I think I remember seeing custom sprites of Ma Fireplant ad King Koopa (two characters who appeared in the DiC Mario cartoons) on this site some time ago, I see no reason why Sally shouldn't be posted.

We can definitely put Sally up. She's an official character used in official media. She and some other catoon/comic characters are up in the sprites section, as well.

Not to mention that Sally (and Bunnie and Rotor) also make appearances in Sonic Spinball, so that's more than enough proof that they're "official".
