Also, when I got everyone suspicious of Vipershark, I really did believe he was a recolourer. Our main strategy throughout most of the game was "kill the recolourers."

For one, I had terrible luck at guessing people to check, only got negatives "this person is not a Sprite Thief" so I could only vaguely defend people. Doesn't help that the other Seer was dead with the whole "two factions" thing. Basically I was just a bumbling cop shooting in the dark. Good game thief people, OldMcHeadBurger you were usually third on my list just because I liked seeing your name but Power Conflicts never happened except the one time Robo9 was checked because Keiang died. Heh... whoops.

I'm sorry I failed you all. Please, never let me be a seer ever again, especially with multiple factions, it sucks and you feel absolutely useless.

Being a seer is arguably the most stressful job in the game IMO just because so much of the innocent's success totally hinges on the seer finding baddies and uniting confirmed innocents.

Spokesperson: By the end of the first night, your team needs to decide on a spokesperson. While you all have equal say on who to target, this player will be responsible for sending me your team's kill list each night. If the current spokesperson dies, a new one will have to be chosen.

Recolor: Each day, have your spokesperson send me a list of three players. The topmost person on this list will be eliminated that night. Be sure to agree on a target.

Sprite Thieves:

You honestly aren't very good at spriting, but who cares? You can just take something someone else has already made, add a tail or some horns, change the shading, and say you made it. No one will have any idea, and you'll end up looking like such a pro. Yeah.

It shouldn't be hard to convince them, considering how great your idea is. You call it "Metroid: The Hidden Secret." Wow. Powerful stuff.

Powers:

Request: You don't have 20 posts yet, but honestly, you don't have time to waste getting them either. Once during the game, send me a message that you'd like to use this power, and night will be prevented from occurring, canceling any other powers or kills.

You're okay at line art, you're pretty good at shading, but you are really good with colors. When you create a sprite, it's like someone took a rainbow and pixelated it in all the right ways. So that's why you really, really hate recolors. Well, more than people normally do, anyway. And you're really good at figuring out if someone recolors sprites.

Powers:

Palette Cleanser: Once each day, you can check if someone is a Recolorer or not. Send me a list of three players. The topmost player on the list will be investigated, and you will be told whether or not they are a Recolorer the following day.

Spoiler Tagger (Vipershark)

You like posting a lot of hilarious pictures and crap from DeviantArt. Like, a lot. Did you see that picture of that Sonic fancharacter? Seriously, that's good stuff. But you're considerate enough to put the really big pictures in spoiler tags, unlike SOME of the new members. You wish that was the only problem you had with them. But, you figure you'll help everyone out by trying to spoiler tag their awful recolors, when you spot one. One less person to have their eyes melt from overexposure to default MS Paint green. Eugh.

Powers:

Sprite Submitter (Tellis)

You're really interested in getting places to host your sprites, and you make a lot of them. You've made a lot of friends this way and you're pretty good at recognizing someone's spriting style. Which is why you're great at telling if a sprite is stolen.

Powers:

Crackdown: Once each day, you can check if someone is a Sprite Thief or not. Send me a list of three players. The topmost player on the list will be investigated, and you will be told whether or not they are a Sprite Thief the following day.

Harsh Critic (Crappy Blue Luigi)

Role: Harsh Critic
Alignment: Good
Winning Conditions: Destroy all the Garbage Members

Not to brag, but you're a pretty talented spriter. You've done a lot of work to get where you are, and if someone sucks, well, you're going to let them know. If it makes them cry, that's their problem, because I mean, if they can't handle someone telling them that they hate them and they should die, is making video game pixel art really right for them in the first place? You tell me. And if someone steals a sprite? FORGET IT.

Powers:

C+C?: Once each day, send me in a list of three players. The topmost player on this list will be protected from Sprite Thief attacks that night.

Thanker (TorchManiac)

Spriting is okay, you guess, but you know where the real action is? Thanking posts. When you see a good post, like, a really good post, you have to thank it. And a great post? Double, triple, quadruple, or if you're really feeling it, quintuple thank that thing! Man, what a rush. Your all-time record is 327 thanks on the same post. Sure, it crashed the forums for a couple of days, but credit where credit is due, right?

Powers:

Thanks!: Once each day, send me a list of three players. The topmost player on this list won't be able to use their powers that night, if they have any. Because you thanked their post so many times. Way too many times. Fuck.

You really do like this community, but you don't really post that often, yourself. Maybe you don't have much to say, or it could be you're afraid of what everyone might think of you! Everyone knows the opinions of strangers on the internet are the most important of all. Because you do more reading than posting, you sometimes go through the old archives and enjoy the forum's older threads. Through this, you've got a pretty good handle on how people work around here, and that just might help you out in this recent forum catastrophe.

Powers:

Lurk: Once each day, send me a list of three people. The topmost person on that list will be tracked, and you will be told what player they targeted that night on their list, if any. Obviously if they don't have powers, or don't target anyone that night, your investigation will come back empty-handed.

Repbro (natashaontherun)

What could be cooler than giving out reputation points? If someone is an all around great member, you might as well let them know. And if someone's just kind of an ass? Just leave them a negative rep and a snarky remark. Trust me, it'll feel great. You can just see the look on their face when they read your witty one liner. What a loser. And, if you, uh, need something from a certain member, what better way to get it than to kiss their ass? Scratch their back, and maybe they'll scratch yours?

Powers:

Uprep: Once each day, send me in two lists of three people. The topmost person on your first list will have their own list that night changed to your second list. This allows you to change who players target with their powers. They probably agreed to it because you gave them that uprep the other day. What a swell chap you are.
