Remember that there is also the skeleton files (smc 00, smc 01 probably). The formats that support skeleton are fbx and dae (that I know)
You can adjust the model with the skeleton and use a simple Bind Skin to attach it, and then deform.

I will be including everyones skeleton when I upload, as well as i will be going back and getting them for the already Uploaded Characters. I won't be giving anyone any of there posed ingame faces however, I will be using the non-posed faces used for animations as well as add that to the bone tree

I too have been able to rip from PW2. However, I have come across a problem that I have not been able to fix.

Some of the models such as Nami 2YL and Robin 2YL, have different physics for their hair and clothes, and when ripped, come out very warped.

If I can recall correctly, I think I remember people having the same problem ripping from the Dnasty Warriors series. Does anyone know if and how they fixed this.

Heres what I got from Nami 2YL. I tried to fix her hair but with no success:

Common Problem. I've been remaking the models like the characters jackets on Bon and Buggy for this reason. I'll get to nami eventually if someone doesn't beat me to it

Pervy, which program do you use to clean up the model ? Your trafalgar law have some locators (the fbx format) instead of the skeleton. Also, there are locators in the face, around the eyes, that the model that I ripped here doesn't have. Here, only have one joint for the eyeball.

Here's Bon Clay once again. Last time I uploaded I had made a small, but noticeable, mistake with his Jacket. I've fixed that as well as I've added his bones to the File. Due to naming Issues I had to rename the facial bones, so I named them based on what I think they were for. It seems just like the models, bones with physics don't rip, so I added jacket Bones myself, what I felt would most likely be correct

I had a problem with the jacket, only the top part was extracted.
Do you have manually added the missing part or there is a way to extract the complete jacket without missing parts?

I had to manually add it same as anyone else would. And while on the topic Sokeking's cape is now fixed, I'll upload him/usopp/Timeskip Usopp and there bones later in the day

The Mihawk model seems to have a much larger file-size than the rest of the models... How come?

Also, (this isn't a request, it's a question) why aren't these models being uploaded to the database? I'm just curious as to why the models are only in this topic and not in the Database itself also. Isn't that why the database is here?

Smoker's animation face is in a posed position, as well as he only has the one set of eyes. Oh and veins! I assume for when he gets angry because he doesn't have normal black eyes like the rest :L
