If anyone could complete the SNES Justice League: Task Force section ( rest of characters, backgrounds, and anything else missing,) for a project I'm currently working on that'd be great. Thanks.

I suggest zsnes and vsnes for the battle backgrounds. For me, they got too annoying due to their many animations.
