Help? please? BIN Files

Okay. I extracted a jet grind radio cdi for dreamcast. it worked except I got an afs file and had to extract that. So I did.
Then it gave me the Bin files which I wanted..
but one issue
The bin files are empty when I extract them..
Can anyone help? I am trying SOOOOO hard to get these models.. its been months.

I think you can keep this one subject to one thread. Merging it. You can also change thread titles by clicking and holding your mouse on the thread title (while browsing the Questions forum).
