If you want to post things just to post something, we've got the lounge. Also, you do not need those second img-tags around your images.
Also, contrast. Mario360, I get the feeling you're not really trying and you're not really paying attention to what has been said. You're using more colours than you need and several shades are indistinguishable.
Furthermore, the tongue seems to use a different lightsource.

Two colors eliminated, with great results!
More important than quantity, is the quality of the sheets. If your enemy sheets' quality is akin to those of your tileset or Mario sprites, then I'm afraid to tell you your enemies will suck balls.
You have little knowledge in shading, your hues are very saturated and low contrast, wonky anatomy etc.
For character sprites as small as Mario and enemies, avoid using outside antialiasing and black outlines as they make readability difficult. even cartoony characters like Mario and co. have anatomy principles (such as having a column and hip bones, limbs having joints and legs being longer than the torso) so it's good to study it. It'll help you make more realistic characters too so it's a win/win condition if you take some time on it.

It won't help you to learn if you just copy it, but feel free to use it as a reference or guideline.

I think you should move away from boo, come back to boo later, bring back mario and luigi, they need some work.
no he shouldn't come back to Mario and Luigi right now, he hasn't even been able to get the Boos completely right yet so I'm pretty sure that humans would only be that much harder. that's pretty much like trying to make a couple-month-old baby walk, it hasn't developed enough and would only struggle if not completely fail. it needs more time to grow.
Mario and Luigi can wait, he shouldn't be biting off more than he can chew. he needs to work on something that doesn't make him want to pull his hair out. he just needs to take it slow and focus on one thing if he's able and that thing should be something that's actually a little more possible.
sorry to be blunt but that's how it is~

I do have to say though, I won't be working on sprites for a bit, as I'm working on an Nintendo related animation. If you guys want, when It's done I can post a link to it. (Or If I'm able to for that matter)

A lot of improvement. Pillow shaded in some areas and a slight lack of contrast. Mario's head in the front poses look a bit funny. That's all the comments I have. Good job!
but that's SMB3 mario recolored.

The comments still applies. SMB3 sprites were pretty bad.
