Hi! i'm making some new kirby powers to make animations, games, ect. it is accually really fun and would appriciate help.

You can upload your images to one of these (some require accounts, others don't, if you want my personal preference: imgur, minus, dropbox).

Once you have your images uploaded, you can get a "direct link" from the website you used.
Then you can post your image like this:

ELECTRO BLASTER KIRBY, first kirby power update!
just copy this:

I went ahead and edited your first post to have the image, although I would recommend doing so yourself next time by following Previous' directions. That way you have something to show, since not everyone wants to scroll halfway down a page just for content.

Um... It would really help if we knew what the power is so we could help make it look better. The sword material in the 3rd sprite in the attacking sprites looks really wonky. The energy sword that kirby is holding in the right most attacking sprite doesn't match the Kirby spriting style well, which almost always consists of bright, vivid colors, making the sword look dull.

I'm going to assume that you don't have much idea of what the power is. Not to sound harsh on it but like BlueBlur said is that we have no clue what it's supposed to be.

Is it supposed to be a kirby that shoots lasers? or a kirby that uses a blaster like attack? I think that you need to get a solid idea of what you're trying to do here.

Now to the sprites themselves, The facial features of Kirby don't remotely remind me of Kirby at all. Just some supernatural pissed off alien. Even when kirby has an ability of any sort, his facial features are kept intact. So in general this should have been just a recolor. Which even then isn't a good idea to do. So I honestly think that you should probably start doing sprites completely from scratch. That's not all I have to say about this piece though.

Now lets talk about the resolution of the sprites. Now take a look at this image:


Now ignoring the text under it, which one do you think is better? My honest thought with the laser blast coming from kirby is that, while the second frame is more of another graphic slapped on the sprite, the third frame's resolution makes absolutely no sense at all. We don't want giant pixels next to smaller pixels. Another thing that bugs me is that the laser sprites are a mess, too many jaggies and random pixels with no thought out placement.

There's a lot of issues with the sprite to comment them all so I'm going to leave this here. I will strongly encourage you to look at this for awhile if you are serious about spriting for awhile.

Yeah, this is really bad, see others' posts because they're all valid.

This is nothing more than a recolor with poorly made custom elements, and there's no other way to describe it. And I don't think you get the idea of this board at all: this section is to showcase your own work, not a community place where everyone can contribute: we have sprite projects section for that. And I don't think that fan-made, unfitting kirby powers with subpar pixel work would be accepted there either.

If you intend on getting better at sprites, stay here and spend more time, thought and effort on your work in order to get better. Spriting is a type of art like painting, drawing etc. and if you don't practice or just 'wing it', you will never have decent results.

I would suggest you to try something custom, no matter if you're bad or good. This way, we'll be able to see your true skill level and help you from there. Your choice, though.
