the feet look a little small, the torso seems a little long in comparison to the legs.
Also I can't tell if she is folding her arms of making magic.

The shading on her dress completely disregards what's underneath.
Edit:
The dress isn't a flat mass, it folds and it folds according to what it drapes over. The knee creates a tension in the fabric, and as one leg is tucked over another, we can assume some of the fabric is too. You have to remember gravity. Lighting also helps us with highlights and work out what is closest to us.

Readability is an issue. I wasn't sure if her waistcoat was a cat or not, nor did I realise she was holding a crystal ball.
I've made another edit:
Making things bigger will make them easier to define. I made the arms longer, gave Marisa a neck, and revised the draping. The draping for now is a big improvement since the last update, because the shapes are better defined. All that's missing is some more gravity, unless her dress is blown by the wind.
