Im talking about this. If you have the save state, i can load the palette from your save state and apply them on mine, like this i can have any character with the brown palette without having to redo the story.
Also, i can check the overworld map, but yours seem fine at first sight.

Lets do a checklist

-Characters Weapons:
Ayla
Robo
-Npcs: I noticed there are lots of boss in the Npc section. Do i add them to the named Npc? Also, theres so much sheets in the Enemies section that it wouldnt hurt to split it into 2, Enemies and Bosses.
-Item Effect
-Enemies Effect*
-Map revisit & World map*
-Cutscenes*

Any bosses who are also NPCs (Zeal, Ozzie, Dalton, etc) I just put into the NPCs section because they're story characters more than they're just bosses, if that makes any sense. Those should all be 100% since they were ripped from the Chrono Trigger Character Library ROM. They're fine as-is, since they're not strictly generic NPCs.

I have Enemies & Bosses in a combined section for things like Tubster/Heckran, who are palette swaps, but one is an enemy and one is a boss.

One more thing for the list would be the Bike and Johnny's sprites from the Bike Race. They're a bit difficult to snag in 1x1 pixels. We could just add them to the existing bike Race sheet.

Another one that springs to mind is the Epoch control deck, seen when the party chooses to plunge the Epoch into Lavos.

Just found a hacking tools for Chrono, it can load any dungeon/map in the game, and create tile map of them along with every object displayed on the map O.O

Also, i found a list of (what seem to be) every sprite of the game and their location in the rom. Link. Ill try to go get the bike race with this.

Holy crap! Awesome!

Does it have the other world maps? 12,000 BC has a ruined world map after Zeal falls and, of course, the Zeal Kingdom. Prehistoric era has one with the Tyrano Lair as a crater from Lavos landing.

Yup, its in there.
and, of course, the Zeal Kingdom. I didnt do the Zeal kingdom cause its kinda already completly ripped in the Map location sheet.

I just checked and the crater is a sprite, not a background. It is also in the Map location sheet

Yeah, Heckran Cave was one of those places that had so many water effects that the old-fashioned way would have just made my brain explode.
