Having trouble with model

I've captured this model with the help of a friend and I'm clueless about how to convert to PMD and apply the textures.

Can somebody help with the convertion and textures?

just convert it to .X and open it on PMD Editor

applying the texture on PMD editor is pretty easy just go to "MA" Tab if you have the English Version and copy the name of the texture image like "face.bmp"

I've got the model fixed thanks to Roxas, but it appears to have issues with the textures:

The texture doesn't seem to work well, I wonder why?

The model get with only a single color.
