There are 2 things I noticed...

1: The outline at the bottom right looks jagged.
2: The outline shoud be a darker shade of green, not black.

Its ok. Keep trying.

on-topic, you're certainly improving... that's good Smile

But try to keep its outline smoother. Also, his cheek shading doesn't work anymore, so try playing with it a bit.

Again, don't use line tool. It makes your sprite look bad. try making it more life-like. A bacteria isn't totally straight, you know.
His chin looks bigger in the second sprite. Make it smaller. Your chin doesn't grow when you open your mouth Smile Also, keep his details constant (your first sprite has 5 teeth showing, but your second sprite has 4. Did it lose its teeth when eating?)

ok, ive made a phew changes in its color. im still working on its shape,im trying to find a bacteria alagator type shape
but this is the change of color

1. You don't need to thank us every post.
2. I doubt bacteria is alligator shaped so you shouldn't make it like that. The mouth looks weird when it opens. If it's supposed to look like a real bacteria you might need a picture referral like this, but if not, never mind.

I read the whole thing. I agree with most people that the edges are how you say? edgy... but i think it would look cool in a game! Shading is great and color works. Maybe try increasing eye size more?
