Diddy Kong Racing DS doesn't mention the characters being owned by Rare. You'd think they would have mentioned that just like how they mentioed Geno was owned by Square in M&L
 S.Timber's hat logo was changed from Rare to Nintendo. The ownership of those characters is really nebulous.

Can we actually talk about Super Smash Brothers?
So I can imagine there will be a bunch of bitching about the return of the dragoon, but I like that it's back. My friends and I would wollop each other for the chance to use it and it was always a load of fun tricking whoever got it into using it at the wrong time.
