his right eye looks kinda misplaced and his hand looks big.

Looks great, but make the hand smaller, and I suggest adding ore depth to the fire, it looks flat. Unless you didn't shade it yet?

The hand is looking too much like a fat slab, maybe make the wrist thinner.
The face looks too long, move his head+eyes down ten pixels and five pixels to the right or something.
Hope you're planning to define the gloved fingers more, even just a few lines to show the divisions.

Also, I demand super smooth aa on this.
