Completely changed the anatomy of the Podians (the brownish guys) [may need even more reworking], and I'm redoing the heroic Leopold Henry Kennington.
I'm considering switching to a cleaner, simpler style akin to the Troblork at the top because it looks nicer (and my pal sengir likes it better), so I may be reworking most of these characters a little.

Personally, I don't like them better than in the previous version, they appear kind of...unfinished? I think the fact that the depth isn't as evident, as well as the lines being so uniform has something to do with it. Maybe with some darker outlines, and/or a transitional shade or two...?
Anyway, this is just me, so you don't have to think much of it.
those muscly men's faces are hard to read due to the sheer detailing, making it too hard to read their facial features. Try using less contrasting shades for details such as wrinkles and cheek bones.

I messed with the muscly men's faces to try to make them more readable, and darkened some outlines and stuff.
Also a bunch of jester and clown heads (that's not creepy at all!) and a statue man.
I just realized I cut a clowns bottom jaw off... oops
@Iocus: I might do some AA or very mild shading to make them look more "finished." idk, most of them look good to me but there are some places where I can see what you're talking about

Gave Sir Leopold Henry Kennington's armour a bit of a redo
Also, naked Leopold and sexy Last Stand Leopold
(I should really draw every character naked before putting an outfit on them)
EDIT: some more quick modifications:

I think I went a bit overboard with this map thing
This is the world these characters exist in
Also some knew stuff here, mostly some anatomy tweaks to Sir Kennington

I love that Leopold, but it's not unusual.
(Carlton Banks joke for anyone who cares)

i think that you could make use of a little more shades for the portraits. Bigger graphics do well with more colors to add details.

PK you should link your reference image because it looks freaking amazing so that people know what your final product is supposed to be based off of.
