Your image wasn't showing up for me. Anyway, here's what I find:

There's a lot of pure black on the sprite, so it's hard to make things out. Perhaps, you should have a really, really, dark gray as the black IN the sprite, so the outline stands out more. Also, you'd probably want to choose better colors to allow the facial features to stand out more, such as a more yellow-green for the green skin, and a darker red for the eyes.
