I need help on effects, and from what I posted I'm not very good at water effects (I'm also not good at fire) so if any one can help me with squirtles effects than please do. I will give credit where credit is due. I will also move onto some other characters later in time.

that's good but please do not save your work as .bmp, always .png or .gif
