This is my latest digital painting attempt. The shading I know isn't perfect as I noticed some areas where I needed to shade and didn't. I'll try to fix it later.

I made this smash render as a congratulatory gift to Playtonic Games on their successful Kickstarter for their new game, Yooka-Laylee: a spiritual successor of Banjo-Kazooie. Fans of my work have asked me to make the two as well, so I made it not only for them, but for fans of this new game as well. I hope you all enjoy!

This is losing the 3d render look, much more than your Banjo-Kazooie (or the famous Rayman one). That said, it looks gorgeous on its own right.

I know Spike knows no magic, but I couldn't see anyone else from MLP fill Schmendrick's role very well without making it strange that there was more than one unicorn.
