In the current build of Hearthstone, if a minion casts shadowform, they get the effect too.

So Project Spark is gone. What a waste of time.

Do you know if people who downloaded it will be able to download it again, since it's associated with their account already? I really hate when they remove things from the marketplace though, particularly when there isn't really any kind of copyright or trademark expiration going on. Digital marketplaces should be consumer's opportunity to not miss out on a single thing... but it's being twisted... oh well. I actually really liked what I played of Project Spark, and I feel like it made the same big mistake as Disney Infinity: too much emphasis on building and customization. I would have gladly paid for Project Spark if it were a "hub" with unified gameplay that included various stories and adventures. I mean, they had the Conker thing, that was cool... so maybe it would be cool to have a Banjo game using that engine and playstyle, and a Halo game, and then those original games, and when you complete one you can use any character in any game, since they run on the same engine. It could have been a neat thing to do with the episodic format and a versatile playstyle.

The Odin Sphere remake looks incredible, and the fact that it's available on all three Sony platforms makes me so happy!!! The PS3 and Vita need more love...I don't care about 4k graphics, I just wanna play some modern games!

Glad I preordered the PS4 version, because I never played the original. Looks amazing, and I need more RPGS on the bloody thing.
I'm really enjoying the new DooM. It is one of the better new First Person Shooters made in recent years, I can tell you that. For one thing, there's none of that linear bullshit we've seen lately. Its all open exploring, complete with backtracking and secrets. The enemies have very intelligent AI, like the Imp for example, has good accuracy with its fireballs and can even shoot one while running. Another good thing is that they made the Hell Knight and Baron of Hell more different, both with attacks and appearance. While the Hell Knight looks more like an updated version of the DooM 3 design. Its been turned into more of a brute melee fighter using plasma punches and slams. I'm still in the first few levels, only made it through the level that introduces the new Arch-Vile which is now called Summoner for some reason. Have yet to try out SnapMap, but I have seen videos showing it off, and it does look cool.

Having a blast with Doom (not DooM) myself. Finally seen Pinky, was wondering where the spanners he was. To be honest when I first started playing I wasn't really impressed but as the game gets more hectic it just becomes a pure joy to play. Shame the loading times are a bit much (a shortish one after death but man, those rune trials take some time...)
It's just something completely different from any FPS I've played for years. Like a mix of a standard shooter with a horde mode. Shame the multiplayer (which was the focus pre-launch) is just garbage. Would have also have been nice to have some sort of co-op horde mode.

Yeah, insult the target audience. That's a great way to advertise your product. Man, I'm sounding like Comic Book Guy right now. Even Sega took a jab at the trailer! Thanked by: psychospacecow, BullockDS, SchAlternate, Goemar

That was a special kind of cringe. "Like an anime fan on prom night". :d
Also, THAT'S the final product and they were fine showing it off like THAT? Jeepers.
$4 million, everyone. Thanked by: Ton

Star Tropics is apparently available on the Wii U virtual console as of today in the U.S.
If you've never played it before I highly recommend it. It's like an old-school Zelda game but with a sense of humor. Thanked by: Koh, miyabi95_, redblueyellow

Yessir! Although I personally haven't played much of that one so I can't say whether I'd recommend it or not.
(Probably would). Thanked by: Koh

I wouldn't let a few bad apples spoil the bunch. There are more than enough good ones that follow up, like Shovel Knight, or other big success stories. LaMulana 2 will no doubt do it justice too, especially since it had a playable demo for its Kickstarter page, which is exactly what intend to do for our project when we get to that point. Show the people exactly what you plan to do, and the steps you've taken to do it to show them you truly care, rather than it just being all talk like several kickstarters. Blame the people, not the medium; Mighty No. 9 is an example of a Kickstarter done wrong. Thanked by: miyabi95_, psychospacecow

Why? Is the game itself expected to be bad? I thought it was just the marketing that was shitty.
