Road Runner's Death Valley Rally: Wile E. Coyote Down Shot
#1
I have this downshot sheet that I'm working on:

So far, I have the canyon and the dust cloud. (I plan to add the Earth's Orbit later on.)

But the only thing I'm missing is the Wile E. Coyote Downshot pose. Sad It was hard for me to try and get it cause of how fast Wile E. was going down, no matter how many frames I saved.

Can anyone help?

Most good emulators have a frame advance/stepping option. The best thing to do (for any animation, but especially fast ones) is to pause (the emulator, not the game) and slowly advance frame-per-frame. This means you can take screenshots of every single frame, no matter how quickly they move in-game.

Obviously it depends on which emulator you're using, but a quick Google search led to this thread which says that Snes9x can do it.

I'm using ZSNES.

OK well, after some more Googling it appears ZSNES has the feature as well. I'm not sure what the shortcut for it is, but I'm sure that if you look around in the menus you'll find it. You might find some other useful features as well, who knows.

You can slow down frames in ZSNES by using Config < Speed < Emu Speed. Hope that helps Wink
