Since i've been doing nothing but my RPG side project, I decided to try something else for a little while, don't want to get bored of it and then throw it into the trash like i usually do with things. So have a mega man sprite, it only has 1 more color than the classic sprite, might do more sprites in this kind of way as I do enjoy spriting with limitations.

not sure using the boots' blue as shading for the body works- contrast's too high. might be cleaner to just leave it unshaded.

To be honest, I completely disagree. It does make it look more like the shading is actually some sort of uniform design, but I really do think it looks good.

I see, Well I honestly don't know which to do then. To me the contrast isn't that large on Rock. But anyways, got some stuff I did quickly, sleeping beast, dragon thing, and a revamped Wrath meant to be in the same style as Rock, though obvious failure will update it when I get the chance.

Man, I'm loving this newer stuff! I love that sharp look you get when you don't completely outline the stripe on Mega Man's head. Wrath is also looking excellent. I'm particularly fond of the anti-aliasing on his hair and your color choices are great.

That actually makes me happy to hear people say these kinds of things, specially since its been happening a lot more recently. Makes the 2 years of spriting feel even more worth it.
Anyways, since I'm lazy, got this WIP sprite I just started of a wolf/werewolf. Main inspirations are Tiger from Monster Rancher, Ifrit from Final Fantasy X and Sabrewulf from Killer Instinct.

As you can see I finished the WIP sprite and then started this Team Fortress 2 Pyro sprite. Added a hat because TF2 is a hat simulator. I also tried hue shifting on the pyro, most of that is noticeable on the hat, but I also did it with both the red and blu's suit color. Blu (in order from darkest to lightest) goes to purple, blue, to mid blue cyan, and Red goes to Red Violet, red, to red orange.

These are fantastic, but I feel like you could probably lower the contrast on the blue clothes.
It's a bit harsh now, especially compared to the reds.

Latest mockup along with every thing I have done related to this spriting project. Grey versions indicate robot team. So far I have engineer, pyro, soldier, and spy.
I really like this idea, keep it up!
More sprites and I can put a mock game together

A Team Fortress strategy game would be so cool. Why do I see it working like Advance Wars?

Haven't done much since my birthday was recent and I finally got to play smash 4 because of it. So got sidetracked. Anyways here have a cute little robot thing reimagined off of one of my pals works.
EDIT: Luigi with boobs.

Thumb Drive I don't have a place where something like this would go, so I shall put it here.
