My only complaint would be how the legs slide as they turn. If you try that yourself, it's not really possible. You'd have to keep one foot standing still to turn the other one.
The enemy designs are also interesting. You've always had a knack for interesting palettes.
I was trying to make a quick animation to demonstrate the large arm and the flow I wanted for the style. But yeah I can say the sliding is unnatural.
Anyways, Started this today. A massively updated version of my Phantom Drake. Still got a lot to do for the arms, since one isn't even there yet : p
time line version showing the past 2 Phantom Drakes next to the new one.
EDIT
now getting to doing the second arm.

Update, the torch was an extra I worked on over night, Phantom Drake has been updated quite a bit compared to my last post and I added the Dinosaur creature. Sticking with Green, Blue , and Red/yellow colors for now and will make more palettes for when I start making completely new creatures rather than redoing old ones.

trying a different approach to how I usually do things, usually I start working on my sprites one section at a time, but I decided to try doing a gesture type sketch for the first step and work off of it.

Am I late to the undertale party? Still a WIP.
Sprite explanation placed in spoiler tag for the poor saps that still haven't played the game.
Simple concept that I and I assume many others had about Papyrus if the game allowed sans to be kills first. Having phase 1 of the fight involving him labeled as "Mysterious Royal Guard" where attacking him would just damage his helmet and a shield that would come up when you swing. And phase 2 revealing who it actually is (even though its obvious) along with him picking up the pace of the fight and still would use the shield to block all damage. He is wearing the coat of his brother along with wielding the spear of Undyne. Figured it'd be neat for him to be a boss that would fight using Sans' and Undyne's attacks. With the only true way to win is to wait until he gets to a certain point where he seems sad and try and die to his attacks. He would let his guard down when hesitant to continue fighting which would allow you to cutabitch

Finished the fallen dragon hero guy, mostly just fixed the palette from the previous one, along with did a futuristic design thing. NES palette version included.
considering the size of the NES futuristic character, I think you could use different tiling for more colors. 3 Colors for a sprite that big is too harsh on the eyes. every 8x8 tile can receive 3 colors + transparency, maybe you can use that to your advantage.
As for the full color version, i think that the armor would look better with highlight speculars to make it more like metal. So far it's so opaque.
Fallen dragon warrior doesn't loor lreally fallen, it looks like casual kneeling (like when getting a small coin on the ground). To give him a more "fallen" aspect, make his body "drape" and lean a little more, as if he was tired and exhausted.
