The head is too long, the shading is out of style, the palette is kinda poor, the overalls looks like suspenders, the shoes need some tweaking, most of the face looks wrong, the legs don't seem to connect with the torso correctly, and the hands look too big.

How's that for critique?

His legs are still too wide. Take them down two or so pixels. They need to look toothpick-like.
Also, make his shoes smaller.
The shading is no good. PKMN style shading comes from the top left.
Also, he's facing the wrong way. All pokemon style sprites (whether their body is facing right or not) have the face looking to the left.

ok the head did suck becuse i drew it in hand(with the pensel tool)i dont know what to do aboute the legs and the torso(leave it as it is maybe?)
aaaand im going to need some help with a NEW head(this is NOT a requeste im just asking for a little help)

They are way too jagged, smoothen them up, add AA, and do the same thing to the shoes, round the bottom of the toes up too.

whats AA?

edit:still NO idea WHAT AA is and STILL wouldt like some help with a new head,buuut tried to fix the leg,ay better?
