South Park is my favorite adult cartoon (and one of the few adult cartoons I enjoy), and ever since I got Stick of Truth, I've been wanting to rip the character sprites.
Anyway, I did some research on the file format the sprites use, and you have to rename the header of each sprite file in a hex editor, rename the file extension to. swf, then open it with an SWF editor/decompiler. I did all of that, but whenever I open one of these files, all of the character parts minus the eyes and mouths have the wrong color.
For example, here is the file that contains Butters' torso, being viewed in an SWF decompiler.
Normally, it's supposed to be blueish-green, but here it's completely red. And then when you export the shape, the colored areas become transparent.
So here are a few files for you to look at, including both the .gfx and the .swf. Please take a look at them for me and tell me what you find. https://www.dropbox.com/s/h51w4jv8l4d4kn...amples.zip
