Solid Spy...you might want to change that release date from Winter 2014.
Go to the site, click anywhere, and type "magic". Then type "june".

I remember hearing about this a while ago.
i never paid much mind to it. just looked like another sucky fan game to me.
but this looks REALLY cool!
i'll probably keep my eye on this.
cant say im EXCITED for it, but it looks interesting, so ill be nice and fair.
i might actually try it and play it if there are any good reviews.

The only opinions I've seen regarding the game have been mostly "It will be the worst game ever made"
But I wholeheartedly disagree. I mean, what could go wrong? I think a few SMW hacks are better than the original, design-wise, too.
I also think Earthbound was shit but Mother 3 was a fantastic game. I have my hopes high

Well this wouldn't be a true fan/indie game if it didn't get delayed.

Eh, I feel like I died a little on the inside. It'd be nice if we could get more specifics, everything seems so under wraps and mystified.
It's weird I only just noticed this blogpost now.
Then again though, I want this to be as perfect as can be. For it to rival the professionalism of the original products would make it all the more tastier when it comes.
I like it when games reveal little information. It just makes you more excited for the product, and more excited for future announcements.

This is a bit random, but Pik, I know you're reading this! :V
Does the camera vibrate when you get hit by an enemy in this game, and is it more intense depending on the power of their attack? It was pretty epic in Earthbound and a bit underwhelming in Mother 3 (Earthbound... 2?).

I don't know what anybody else does, but here's how I see the franchise:
Mother = Earthbound 0
Mother 2 = Earthbound
Mother 3 = Earthbound 2

In Mother 2 there is a sign in Fourside that directly hints at Mother 3 coming soon, in Earthbound this is changed to say Earthbound 2 instead. So I guess its canon that the name for it is Earthbound 2

Double post but apparently Pik posted this somewhere. I dunno, he never seems to talk about this project much.
Personal note but: Bleh, I've kept hype for several years on this project, but its hard to stay interested when I know so little about it after all these years. Its the most closed of closed boxes I've ever seen. I'll probably just keep shut until further notice.
Also at this point I'm probably just asking the air but, why is the screen resolution of Mother 4 so GBA-esque tiny and not SNES sized?
Awwww, and here I was hoping the Winter 2014 would come true. Oh well as Shigeru always says: "Blah Blah Blah delayed games are more often not bad." Earthbound 3 people, it's coming like that present you saw at the beginning of the dungeon and are now slowly but assuredly making your way to.
You may also know me as Giraffe
Now that I've looked at the newest stuff, I'm pretty interested. I'm always pretty wary of fangames. This one looks fantastic.
