More Splatoon. GIFS of the idle (first 3 frames) and 360 squid would be appreciated.

You're still spriting through your ipod?

Is it possible for you to split each animation into it's own image without any extra stuff- frames only. If you can, I wouldn't mind making a simple program that quickly converts your images to gifs then upload them for you. It's even easier if you can post each frame separately along with time duration per frame (given that each frame can be overlayed ontop eachother and still animate correctly).

Well, my best bet is to just EMail the animations to you. The app has an email feature. (I tried emailing it to myself, but it turned into a PNG when I tried to upload it). It's the only sharing feature of the animations. I'd just need an email and you can save the GIFs, and post em.

... I don't see an email button. And I need your actual email to send to in the app.

You can just email the GIFs since they work fine.

I gotta say, not to be cocky, but I've improved more than I thought I have. I'm being honest when I say, thanks to all of you for helping me become a better spriter!

I have to agree with you, your spriting skills have improved. Then again I think everyone's pixel art skills have improved.

Little character thing.

EDIT: oh, and if anyone wants me to make a character for them, lemme know and I'll give it my best shot. Kinda stuck on ideas... I want new characters to make.

I like the color choices.

He's a block, so I'm not sure how much you can do to make the walk/run more interesting. Maybe, you can try playing with squash and stretch? When he lands, you squash. When he jumps, you stretch.

Hmm. I noticed that the animation timing is very linear. It kinda ping pongs back and forth without any acceleration. Movements need time to accelerate and decelerate. When you run, all of your body parts don't move at the same speed. So on the extremes (3 and 7), hold those poses longer. The inbetween frames should be shorter since you move through them faster.  This is timing and spacing. They're important basics of animation, so practice them a lot. Also, realize that suggestion is a strong tool. You don't have to create *every* possible frame because people will naturally fill in the gaps (This wasn't a problem for you, but I wanted to let you know)

Anyways, it's nice to see how much you've improved, keep practicing!
