the animations look weird with the flat head when he jumps, and the short-ish legs on the dizzy frame.

Is the head flat in the sense of depth or is a line too flat? I can't really tell since it doesn't seem to flat to me.

I made the legs on the hurt Sprite longer, and made a mugshot for when PBG gets hurt. I left the jump Sprite alone as I didn't wanna touch it yet. The two bottom rows are throwing animations, a throw forward (of which I think needs quite a bit of work) and a throw up. I'll post GIFS of each when I get home. Also the sprites beside the crouch sprite is a placeholder for when PBG places a bomb.

I figured I'd try and make a personal character to represent me instead of my 'coin'. It's supposed to somewhat resemble me. Thoughts?

your sprite looks rather nice but the feet look blobby, caution on the shape of the things

Personally, i think the throw forward anim should be an overhand toss, trying to throw it from the side like that in itself feels(i tried) awkward. Maybe try animating it like a pitching motion as well?

Actually, I don't think I'm going to use the forward throw for anything else other than a boomerang... I think. Either way, it'd look weird if you threw a boomerang by pitching or throwing it overhead. I'll keep that in mind if I use a forward throw anywhere else.

A different (and my favoured) version of my character.

A design I got from a Mii while I was playing through Tomodachi Life again. (I want Tomodachi Life for the NX now)

I feel bad, it feels like this section is dying off from lack of criticism. I'd try and give some but most of the sprites here, they're far above my skill level.

His arm cannon doesn't read as an arm cannon, kinda looks like his arm is a colouring pencil or something. I would also suggest bending Mega Man's left leg in the firing sprite to make the pose seem a bit more dynamic and actiony. Not bad though

the only reason its dying like this is because people dont want to give criticism to newbies who always have to defend their work. not only that, they always bitch about it and think they know what theyre talking about. we've been dealing with that sort of stuff for the past few years and im pretty sure everyone is just getting sick of it. myself included.

anyway, onward to the critique.

the problem with your mega man is that its very stiff and he looks awfully skinny. take a look at his nes sprite:

see how exaggerated the pose is? notice how one leg is way up there while the other one is just hanging? or how his arm that is shot straight up with energy, while the other is aiming carefully to its target.

you need this sort of liveliness in your sprites. sprites arent just images man. they can be people, houses, and other objects. try to implement some of the vividness onto these sprites.
