Roy is unlikely for Marth's alt., because Lucina was planned as an alt. for Marth and ended up as a separate character only for the fact that her sword deals equal damage across the blade instead of being stronger at the tip. Roy'll probably get his own slot, because fire.
I can't really imagine Impa being an alt. for Sheik, because all of the incarnations I've seen of her so far, she's more a warrior type than a ninja. We still have Falcondorf, so whatever.
More wishful thinking (I may be repeating myself, I dunno):
-Funky Kong alt. for Donkey Kong.
-Train conductor and Outset Toon Link.
-Actual god-damn Shiny color Pokemon. Really? 8 colors per Pokemon and to a certain extent, only Pikachu and Jigglypuff got Shiny colors. I got a Shiny Charizard myself, so I demand I can play as a black Charizard! One of Greninja's colors is close, but not close enough. Full black and red tongue is a must. Lucario's Shiny colors don't interest me so much, but a yellow color would certainly break the all blue selection of recolors.
-Now I'm definitely repeating myself, but Dry Bowser, Dry Bowser, Dry Bowser.
-Maybe Boom Boom and Pom Pom for Bowser Jr.?
