Flash Help

Really basic question: How can I make it so that what's on the first frame is visible in the rest of them, but not be the case for the rest of them?

Sorry, I was already a really big newb last time I used it, but now I'm so damn rusty. :C

Well, actually Flash is going its own way most of the time. oO
But I figured out a way how to get what you want. Make a key
picture one frame behind the one you want your scene to end.

Or what do you mean?
