Was highly considering getting this.
- Is it basically Animal Crossing but also a full-out RPG?
- Can you play the entire game in co-op? All the footage I've seen of it makes it seems like you can...
What I got Radular Edition:
- A few pairs of sweatpants aw yisssssss lazy pants for dayz
- Some gift cards to McDonalds and Taco Bell (AW MA'FUCKIN YISSSSSSSS)
- 2 half pound Reese's peanut butter cups (MY GAWD)
- Shadow of Mordor
- assorted candy
- Pint Boot for Ale (my old one broke, my dad is radular as frick)
- funny shirt
- fridge magnet bottle opener
Overall incredibly thankful and it's been a nice break from the school grind. Friends might come down to Tampa for new years and we might go to the beach.

From what little I've played (About 2 hours), it is kind of like an action RPG melded into Animal Crossing with a pinch of MMO style feel. You have 12 "Lifes" to choose from, and can freely switch between them at the guild at any time and not lose progress on a Life. You just can't GAIN levels for a Life when you aren't using it.
What I liked is that all the stats I put into being a Mercenary at first (Mostly strength and vitality) seemed to contribute well to when I switched to a Miner, the strength allowing me to get 3+ drops from Ore Deposits when I probably would have mostly got just one when I was weaker.
As far as Co-op goes, I don't know. I won't have access to internet for my 3DS until I go back home.
This is what I got
-Simic T-shirt
-$200
-Dragon Ornament
-California keychain that key shapped with the top being a heart and saying California in it
-A Magnet thats says "I tried this at home"
-Some anime series that was on adult swim
-2 Calamityware plates, the one with the flying monkeys, and the one with a robot. Also yes it's real China
-Valkyria Chronicles
-The Stanley Parable
-Saints Row 2-4 and all DLC
-Prison Architect

I've been out of town for the past few days but here's what I got:
Cheese-Nips
Goldfish (the cheese crackers, not the animal)
3 boxes of chocolate turtles (I ask for these every year)
Marshmallow-filled Chocolate Candy
LED Head Lamp (it's literally a light you put on your head. It's for fixing computers.)
LED flash light
Slip-Resistant shoes (for work)
Socks (for work)
Blue Yeti microphone
Not pictured: Mario Kart 8
I also took part in the NeoGAF Secret Santa and this is what I got from that:

A box from Kentucky arrived! It's pretty heavy and it makes a strange sound when it moves around. It sounds like... liquid? What could be inside???
Why, a bottle of Ale-8-One, a local Kentucky soda! I've never had this before and I really like ginger ale, so I'm looking forward to trying this.
also in the box was...
four wrapped presents and a card!
The big present on the bottom is pretty heavy and I have a good idea of what it could possibly be, and the size and shape of the two medium boxes give me a good idea of what kind of thing those could be... but the small box in front has me completely clueless! I dunno what could be in that at all, ahahaha!
There's also a card that says to open that last, so I'll take some more pictures on Christmas when I've opened them all!
Thanks, Santa! Vipershark Wrote:Sorry for the late post!
I've been out of town and my access to internet has been kinda spotty. I'm home now so I took pictures here.
Woodford Reserve Bourbon Balls
I asked specifically for local candy and/or soda, and these (and the Ale-8-One which I posted about before) are both manufactured within 30 minutes of my SS' city.
I haven't opened these up yet but I did drink the ginger ale and it was pretty good!
Paprika DVD
My SS found my Myanimelist profile and saw that Paprika was on my "plan to watch" list and sent me the DVD for it.
...unfortunately, I've actually already seen it! It seems that I forgot to update my list after watching it, oops! That's since been rectified.
That's okay, though! I liked the movie and I'd definitely like to take a look at the special features and stuff so I don't mind.
Akira Blu-Ray
I haven't seen this one though, so that's good! I've heard plenty of great things about Akira over the years so I'm interested in finally giving this one a watch.
I also got three comic books!
Locke & Key: Welcome to Lovecraft
Astonishing X-Men: Gifted
Astonishing X-Men: Dangerous
I've never heard of the first one before but all three seem pretty good!
Thanks!

Locke and Key is written by Stephen King's son I believe. As for Akira... well... that's a movie...

Got clothing too.
And I got three more things yesterday:
Kinda jealous of that Andy Griffith collection, hahah.

Oh wow I totally forgot
My brother and I drove down in a separate car from my parents since he had to work and very long story short we ended up in a situation where my brother and I left the gifts (minus my GAF SS stuff) with them for two days while we came back to town and they'd bring the gifts with them when they came back.
Anyway they just got back in town tonight and I was able to pull all the stuff out and there was some other stuff missing from that picture that I forgot about
I also got:
1TB internal hard drive (really needed one of these, my current storage drive is almost full so I can split them to where one is for music/movies/tv/anime and the other is general storage and games)
2TB external drive (not sure what exactly i'll put on this one yet but it'll probably end up as overflow for my primary drive)
A pocketwatch (???) (it looks cool as heck but my mom gets the strangest gifts sometimes)
