Overworld Tileset (WIP)
http://i.imgur.com/3YDHGvX.png It's kinda random if I find the needed tiles in the folders or not. I miss some more buildings, not sure if I can get them.

I scrap the list I made before, I'm really at my limits. I just submitted two tilesets (Mt. Ssleithurm Catacomb + Sanctuary of the Magic Crest & Overworld) and will only finish the women, re-arrange the elder people and rip the rest of the cave tilesets (all on one sheet). 200 sheets, done.
Cleaned the women sheet up: http://i.imgur.com/8WcBXYO.png

Those tilesets look a bit like Lunar ones. I want to ask the creator of those tiles how the hell they are assembled lol

You have to open it in a graphics program, activate your grid and set it to 8x8 pixels.
If you want, I can make you screenshots from the cave.

But there is a way to assemble Lunar 2 maps instead of Lunar 1? For example Zophar´s dungeon. If you can make a example of this i will be thankful!

The cave you made was workable. And yes, the normal tileset of RPG Maker is 32x32 (XP,VX,ACE version) but i know how to make them fit with a script

Assembling such files gives you a better understanding how those things work, but if you really have problems just post the tileset here and I'll help.

I appreciate your help buddy. Tried this one and is giving me headaches lol http://imgur.com/sIWg5cM EDIT: never mind, they seem really hard and tricky to do, and they won´t work very well on RPG Maker anyway... just help me in this one please. http://www.spriters-resource.com/playsta...eet/27147/

The Lunar Tiles are special since the tileset consists of three blocks:

Well, you can see the whole tileset has two abrupt cuts. These cuts mark the borders for the three blocks. Then you just assemble each block separately, from the left to the right, next row, from the left to the right, etc.
A block can look like this: Line 1 Line 2 Line 3 Line 4 ... Each line is a bunch of 16x16 tiles right next to each other. Line 1 fits on Line 2, Line 2 fits on Line 3, etc. In short: Everything fits perfectly on each other and forms the tileset structures, no matter what it is (ground, tree, walls, etc.) This is the theory. In reality, it looks like this: Line 1 & Parts of Line 2 Rest of Line 2 & Parts of Line 3 Rest of Line 3 & Parts of Line 4 Rest of Line 4 & Parts of Line 5 ... TL, DR: - You essentially need to know, for example, when Line 7 ends and Line 8 begins. - Also you need a feeling when to leave or close a gap between tiles. - Assembling is about left to the right, next row, etc. - Lunar 1 & 2 have blocks within the tileset which have to be assembled separately, Astonishia Story & Legend of Mana don't have that - Activate the grid in your graphics program or you're lost (Lunar 1 & Legend of Mana: 16x16 pixels, Lunar 2 & Astonishia Story: 8x8 pixels) Edit: Here is an example what I mean about the gaps between tiles: http://i.imgur.com/9naSFfj.png Look at the second tileset (with the furniture), you have to shift the tiles around to make them work. This opens/closes gaps within each line and is pretty much normal when you're assembling them. Thanked by: Mortifier777, Jakoo56
