OK, I've fixed it. I was trying to do something but it didn't work, so I'm just going back to my original method. Same link but here it is for the new page anyway. It should actually work this time!

It works! You're incredible, puggsoy!

I'm extracting all the graphics of FF 5 and FF Dimensions now. If I get time, I will upload them in a moment.

EDIT 1: Curious... there seems to be some beta graphics of FFD inside the FF5 data. Square Enix probably makes part of the game with the data of FFD Rom.

EDIT 2: Ok, there's the graphic data of FF5!

Final Fantasy V iOS Graphics Resources  (INCOMPLETE!!)

Now I will go for the FFD graphics. Wait a moment.

EDIT 3: And FF Dimensions graphics:

Final Fantasy Dimensions iOS Graphics Resources (INCOMPLETE!!)

I think I don't forgot nothing. I also extracted the DAT files and converted it to PNG format.

Thanks again, puggsoy!! You saved the day!

EDIT 4: Sorry, I made several mistakes. It seems that some graphics of both games are missing. I'll see what's missing and convert to PNG folder by folder.

FINAL EDIT: Here they are ALL the graphics, this one without mistakes. I decrypted EVERY file of EVERY folder of both games. There are more than two thousand graphic files:

Final Fantasy Dimensions iOS Graphics Resources (COMPLETE!!)

(This tileset is missing within the FFD resources):

Final Fantasy V iOS Graphics Resources (COMPLETE!!)

Finally, a million of thanks for puggsoy's help. Credit him if the graphics are used in any project, please.

Wow, neat. Any chance of arrangement? Can you do FF6 too?

But FF6 from iOS is already ripped. This is the link of the post:

Final Fantasy VI iOS image format

With the help of puggsoy, we already uploaded the graphics of the game, except the Tilesets. They're in .bin format, but I couldn't view any image file inside, even with a Hex editor.

Here is a sample of that .bin files. Maybe puggsoy can help us again with it:

Looks like it has to be done the hard way...

Not sure why it's upside-down.
Doofenshmirtz: This is a little bit awkward but have you seen my escape jet keys? (Perry nods) What, you have? Well that's great! So where are they? (Perry looks away) You won't tell me? Is this because you don't speak or are you just being a jerk?

I hadn't tried that.

Is it possible to take the full Tileset directly from the TiledGGD? It would be a slow process, but we could complete the graphics resources from Final Fantasy VI.

Wow! How do you did it? I searched several ways to decrypt the files, but I couldn't.

Went through and did the tiles manually in TiledGGD. Took a few hours because I did it multiple times. And I also used the tools that puggsoy made for the other file types.

Well, I decrypted the FLB files too with puggsoy's tool, and the other resources in .tga format. The tilesets were the ones who I couldn't get. But with those what you uploaded, the folder with the Final Fantasy VI resources is now complete (but only the graphics, the Sound Effects are another story...)

Thanks for sharing the Tilesets!
