[HELP!] League of Legends models

I managed to get ahold of some League of legends models.
Only issue is I don't know exactly what programs I can use them in.
The file formats are .blnd, .inibin, .manifest and .skl and skn. 
The textures are .DDS files. 

can anyone help? ;w; I'd personally like to use these models in blender

I had readed something on Xentax about how to rip models from LOL. But I think it was outdated....

Thank you! Only issue is this program wont extract the models right for me or read textures because they're DDS. But I'm sure I can find a way to work with this.
