Does anyone know how to open resource files on android? There is a .dat file and hundreds of .fe files

Much like PC games, formats tend to vary greatly. Which game are you trying to rip from? Also can you upload some files so we can take a look?

Its for one piece: dance battle and I found a thread saying its unity files but that they're encrypted

The reason puggsoy asked for a file is so we can open it in a hex editor and look at how it's set up (and because of this, said screenshot isn't helpful).

Try a file-hosting site, like dropbox, mediafire, mega.co.nz, etc.

Also a link to that thread could be helpful, if it's xentax or such...
